I'm the Founder of The Pretty & Wise Co.—a ministry that has grown beyond my wildest dreams since God nudged me (and a few sweet friends!) to start blogging together over 5 years ago. Just after we launched, the world turned upside down with the pandemic, and our little team unexpectedly became a lifeline for women craving community, hope, and connection.

Since then, we've written books and devotionals, hosted conferences and retreats, launched a podcast, and have so much more coming up! We can't wait to get to know you, hear your story, and watch God use you in beautiful ways to impact His Kingdom. We're here to cheer you on, encourage you, and help you dive deep into the incredible love of God through His Word and His Church.

Get to know our whole team
Alexandria is a local worship leader in Northern Nevada, a speaker, and a writer. She is a bit of a renaissance woman having worked in ministry, realty, nutrition and fitness, and is a full-time mama. She brings all of her life experience into her teaching and helps us see how every sphere of our life relates to our Father God. Her deep and abiding faith is truly a gift to our team and builds up those who hear her share the Word and her story. Alexandria exudes the joy of the Lord, even on the hard days, and shows us that joy in Jesus is always accessible if we just open our hands to receive from Him. She and Lyndsay did ministry together for years until their paths went different directions for a time, but they knew that their time ministering as a team wasn't over forever. Alexandria joined The Pretty & Wise Collective in 2020 after a phone call from Lyndsay and the prompting of the Holy Spirit and we are so grateful for her!
Angie has a way of making you feel like you are cozied up at her kitchen table with a cup of coffee and having a good, long chat with her, your best friend, every time you read her writing or listen to her speak at a conference or retreat. Her ability to put you at ease while sharing practical spiritual truths is just unreal and God uses that to help His truth sink straight down into your heart, bringing about real life transformation. She has been writing and speaking with The Pretty & Wise Collective since early 2020 and is a vital voice of reason and faith on this team.
Gay has been speaking and writing for years all over the country in various churches and ministries alongside her husband, Pastor Rod. Her gift for in-depth Bible teaching and God-given scriptural insight makes us all a little smarter and wiser as she shares at our conferences and retreats each year along with writing on the blog every so often. She joined with her daughter, Lyndsay, to form The Pretty & Wise Collective in early 2020. She is a living testimony that you don't have to be in your early years for God to begin a new thing, new ministry, or new movement in your life! God will use a yielded heart and "yes" every time!
Tanya is the founder of My Father's Daughter and is an author and sought after speaker, traveling all over the country to share at events, conferences, and retreats. Her contagious laugh, outrageous humor, and ability to recall scripture at length makes her so relatable and so inspiring. Her story of victory through the love of Jesus and her journey to becoming an overcomer is empowering and uplifting. You'll walk away from an encounter with Tanya loving Jesus more! Tanya joined The Pretty & Wise Collective at the end of 2022 after joining us for our first conference as the guest speaker. She fit with our team of women so perfectly and has been a constant source of joy and love to us!
Lori is a gifted writer and podcaster who draws wisdom and insight from deep wells dug by time spent with the Lord and the Word. She is the newest team member of The Pretty & Wise Collective but has been a consistent voice of encouragement to the team over the past several years. Her tenderness and thoughtfulness toward the people around her is unmatched and she brings a quiet and abiding peaceful disposition and viewpoint to our team.
Lyndsay has been serving the Lord in ministry for 15+ years through worship leading, youth ministry, conference speaking, writing, and mentoring. She is currently living out her calling as the Creative Arts Pastor at Kindred Church in Richmond, VA. Along with working and serving at her local church, she also has some other adventures going on:

More than anything else, her greatest blessing and the most fun she ever has is being a wife to Josh and a mother to her four kids: Judah, Eli, Abigail, and Daniel.
